Returns & Refunds

Custom portraits are painted to order from your photos and cannot be returned. If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Prints and merchandise (posters, clothing, mugs, bags) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer pays return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Defective or misprinted items are replaced or refunded free of charge — contact us within 14 days with a photo.
